El Escondrijo This spectacular double-villa on the Benissa coast consist of 2 separate houses. The main house. Is constructed on the top of the original villa and consist of 1lounge, 1dinning room,1 kitchen,1 bedroom and 1bathroom. The original house. The main door was handcarved by an old Benissa wood cutter. The rooms in the principal house are as big as ballrooms, the decor of the finest tosca, marble, mahogany and oak. Doors and windows open out to terraces, and magnificent views of the sea and Peñon de Ifach. Much use of wood, natural stone and tosca. Partly furnished. The villa is equipped with oil-central heating and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Exterior of the villa. The architecture is rustic Valencian. Pillars, tosca arches, marble, natural stone and solid, valuable wood carvings characterize the ambience of this vast villa. In the spacious park-like grounds, amongst the abundant mediterranean plants, many pleasant terraces have been laid out. All around are shaded spots under palms, glowing bogainvillae and lawns. Nearby lies a large orchard. There are many additional rooms, a fitness room, sauna, BBQ, pool of 9 x 5 m, a meter high waterfall, and a private well for the water supply. Moraira, Benissa or Calpe with the beaches can be reached in only a few minutes by car. |
